Mother’s Day 2021
The Fields of Athenry
This is a song I like and recorded as part of a fundraiser in the neighbouring parish of Ballaghaderreen. It is called BallaghsBattle4Barretstown (#Battle4Barretstown) and is organised by the Ballaghaderreen GAA Club (@BallaghGaa) and is raising funds for Barretstown, Co. Kildare – a facility offering support to children who are receiving cancer treatment and, in addition, camps and facilities for their siblings.
If you wish to support this cause you can donate here

Worth a thousand words
In recent times I have taken a lot of photos. Most of them are very local since travel is not really an option. I have shared a number of them on our Parish Facebook Page but this is “sherlock’s home” so I want to share some of them here as well!
Epiphany Prayer
Earlier this evening, January 6th, I shared some reflections at the Crib in Kilmovee Parish Church.
