Went for a walk yesterday and listened to some music. Came across Max Boyce again and was reminded of how good he is. Had even contemplated going to one of his shows in Wales. When all this is over, who knows!!

This tune is his reflecting on the closure of an old mine in Wales and part of it is now a Supermarket. He remembers it though for what it was.

A message maybe for our times. Thanks Max.

  1. We are enjoying mass here every day. You are our link to everyone. We’re sure, while celebrating mass, all you can do is imagine we parishioners are with you and that must be very hard on you too. Our greanary (not palm) is out, your virtual blessing will be very welcome.
