As I walked to the house last night I was struck by the wonder of nature – yet again – and though I know very little about the workings of the universe, I felt I had to get the camera!!  Allowing for shaky hands and camera just in “auto” mode, I think these photos capture something of the “SUPERMOON”.

  1. Beautiful pictures Fr. Vincent, and the same moon we were graced with here in Rockville Centre! It reminded me of another celestial event, last summer’s eclipse, and your relating of the hidden, but constant presence of the sun to the same constant of Jesus’ presence. I believe that sermon was on the anniversary of your mother’s entry to heaven.

Peace to you, and a happy Advent!
